Enjoy a relaxed and informative morning at Frankies Farmshop and Nursery as our head chef, Carlos, prepares a selection of timeless comfort dishes and shares the techniques behind them.

This engaging live demonstration is designed to be welcoming and informal, whether you’re an enthusiastic home cook or simply enjoy good food and learning something new.

During the session, Carlos will demonstrate how to prepare three classic dishes: silky linguini Alfredo, perfectly smooth creamed mash, and a beautifully clear, flavour-packed chicken broth. Along the way, he’ll explain key techniques, share practical tips, and answer questions as he cooks.

It’s a relaxed opportunity to pick up new ideas, gain confidence in the kitchen, and enjoy the process as much as the food.
